This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their order.
SHIPPING METHODS:
Standard: We currently only ship within the continental US and are unable to ship to APO or Po Boxes. All orders will be shipped via ground unless we are notified prior to the order being placed.
RETURN POLICY:
Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Papa Willey Leather Sales, please return the package to the address listed below. Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Papa Willey Leather Saleswill exchanged the product if returned within 15 days of delivery receipt, along with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc, so as to insure full exchange only credit. Cash back refunds only if the purchased product is returned within 15 days of date of original delivery receipt. Include a copy of dated signed delivery receipt from shipper with your returned item. Refund will be mailed to the original delivery address within 15 days of receipt of the returned product.
